Each visit to The Tides is a memorable experience.  The chef/owner is Guy Beasley.  We've been following him and his culinary treats since he began years ago at Shak Shak on the south coast.  Guy also owned and operated a restaurant at Sandy Lane.

Eventually, Guy and his lovely wife, Tammie, who is co-owner and managing director, opened The Tides on the west coast.  This year marks their 16th anniversary at this location.  They, along with their wonderful restaurant manager, Henry Sealey, are the heart and soul of this wonderful seaside restaurant in a coral stone home.  Mr. Sealey's humble, gracious personality has proved to be endearing to guests and has made him a much loved member of The Tides Restaurant team.  His “quiet charm” has trickled down to his service team.  The team’s exceptional service can be encapsulated in the words: attentive, welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Each dining experience is the ultimate in excellent food and attentive service.

The total renovation is now complete.  Come and see the gorgeous new decor and even better food choices.  The Tides is truly a "must do" restaurant while in Barbados.
