MULLINS was a new discovery for us in October 2009.  We always swim at this beach (our favorite) when on the island and have seen the beach bar during the day.  However, we decided to try it for dinner.  It is magically lit up at night, so it takes on a romantic tone.  We were thrilled with the restaurant and the food.  We wish we tried it out earlier in our visit, as we only could eat there one evening.  But we will definitely be back and I know you might make this one of your favorites as well.  Please mention you read about this on Barbados Tips.

DINNER:  A couple of the things we tried were:  Pan Seared Scallops on Cream Potato served with Maple Cured Bacon and Prawn Cream Sauce ($19 US); Pan Seared Filet Mignon served with Creamed Potato Topped with a Roquefort Cheese Ravioli, Red Onion Compote and a Red Wine Reduction ($50 US).  Other items are pictured below.
