Champers was a special treat for us in 2009.  We loved it so much we visited 3 times during our visit.  Twice at night and once for lunch.  The menu is fantastic both at lunch and at dinner, and the service was excellent as well.

LUNCH:  In addition to yummy drinks, our lunch consisted of delicious starters of shrimp & avocado, and caesar salad.  Mains were chicken & mushroom fettucini, red snapper, crab crepe, coconut shrimp and flying fish.  Make reservations as it is a popular spot for business people as well as visitors.  We really splurged at lunch with drinks and also desserts, so it cost us about $50 US per person, but you can get by for way less than that.

DINNER:  We tried a starter of grilled sea scallops with risotto and citrus cream ($18 US); Mains included beef tenderloin with garlic mash, veggies, and a cognac and mushroom sauce ($50 US); jumbo prawns in red thai curry and coconut sauce with basmati rice and veggies ($33 US), and pepper spiced pork tenderloin with sweet potato mash, grilled veggies and a caramelized apple sauce ($35 US).  Everything was delicious, fantastic service and spectacular setting.  They have a great outdoor bar too if you want to hang out there

Make this restaurant one of your favorites also and let them know you read about them in Barbados Tips.
